APPOINTMENTS

Any appointments that have not been confirmed will be cancelled.

Due to the amount of traffice coming in and out of our office, our waiting room will be for PATIENTS ONLY. The only exception will be for patients that are under the age of 18. ONE parent or legal guardian will be asked to accompany the patient for their appointment. Please call ahead if their is any other condition that requires another person to accompany a patient.

Upon arrival, call the office from your car/outside. We will inform you if/when it is alright to enter the office.

We will not see any patients that are showing COVID symptoms.
Our office is taking every precaution we can to keep our patients and our staff safe.
