OFFICE PROTOCOL

APPOINTMENTS​

 

  • Any appointments that have not been confirmed by 2PM the day before will be cancelled.

  • Due to limited seating in our office, our waiting room will be for PATIENTS ONLY.  An exception will be for patients that are under the age of 18.  ONE parent or legal guardian will be asked to accompany the patient for their appointment.   Please call ahead if there is any other condition that requires another person to accompany a patient.
